- 1 lb Blue Ox Ranch Beef Carne Asada
- Juice of 2 Lemons (about 1/4 cup)
- Juice of 4 Blood Oranges (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic
- 1 tbsp pink salt
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp olive oil
Combine all marinade ingredients in a leak proof container. Distributing marinade evenly between Carne asada cuts. Refrigerate and marinate for 2 hours, turning at least once.
Preheat grill on medium high. Use paper towels to pat meat dry, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add Carne Asada to grill and cook, flipping once until desired doneness, about 1- 2 minutes each side.
Thinly slice against the grain and serve on warm flour tortillas with fresh guacamole, cilanto, red onion and microgreen radish.
