CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture

Our CSA allows community members to have direct access to ridiculously good meat grown on pasture and raised by us from birth. On our ranch, we redefine “hyper-local” and “regenerative” by recycling 10- 20 thousand pounds of “food waste” daily consisting of fresh fruits, vegetables, grains and whey within a 16 mile radius of our community, where our animals are born. When you become a member of our CSA, you're committing to purchase a “share” of meat from us on an ongoing basis, supporting the dreams and legacy of ranchers working with the soil and its creatures to provide incredibly rich, nourishing and delicious food to our community for generations to come.

Join our CSA for the opportunity to visit and support an incredibly unique working dairy and ranch when you pick up your share directly from the place and people who grew and raised your food.

1) Sign up - Click on the Sign Up button at the bottom of this page. Select your share from the CSA Collection. Through the checkout process you will select the duration and frequency of your share subscription, billing frequency and pick up day and location. Currently, the CSA Pick Up and Cut Shop is available Wednesday and Friday from 11am to 2pm at the ranch. CSA Pick Up is also available at the farmer's market booth.

2) Add any additional items you want with your CSA share. St. Jorge cheese and pasture raised duck eggs are available in the CSA Collection as add-ons. Customize the subscription, billing and pick up location to fit your needs or match your CSA share.

3)  Visit the ranch or farmers’ market to pick up your CSA share. Enjoy!

Our Family, Sausage, Ground Meat and Value Meat Shares offer the best value, with average savings of 20%.

The Family Share ($60 and $100 options) are for those that want larger, more economical cuts of beef, pork and chicken that can make a meal for a family of 4 ($60) or 6 ($100).

Regular Family - $60 ($69-75 value) 8 pounds

Feed a family of four for 3-4 meals depending on your appetite (~1/4-1/2 lb per person per meal).

Access

Visit the ranch where your food is raised and grown when you pick up your share subscription. Pet the cows and feed them fruit if they aren't too busy out on pasture. Our working ranch and dairy is an incredibly unique and authentic experience for all ages.
